Life has a way of throwing us curveballs, and sometimes it can feel like everything is just too much. I'm opening up about my journey through one of the toughest times in my life, and might get overly vulnerable in this episode.
After unexpected loss, I've been trying to find solace in the small, consistent habits I've built over time. These little anchors are keeping me grounded, helping me find a bit strength amidst the storm. From stepping into a cold tub for a few minutes each day to finding joy in reading Harry Potter (again), I'm sharing my personal story of how tiny, manageable habits are helping me cope.
I chat about progress over perfection and why habits don't need to be huge undertakings. Whether it's adjusting your course by just a little or combining tasks with Habit Stacking, it's the small, steady steps that truly make a difference.
If you're struggling, or even if you're just looking to refine your daily rituals, join me as I discuss how to create and lean on habits that nurture our well-being when life feels overwhelming. When the storms decide to hit, it’s these small, consistent actions that help us stay anchored.
